I purchased a strap for my Fitbit 4. It wasn't the right one for me, so I asked if I could exchange it. They (Becky)couldn't have been more helpful, and I got the right one almost by return post. The Customer Service was excellent. I will certainly deal with Equipto in the future!

I have purchased a variety of items from this team and find them excellent to work with. I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying to get a fast charger for my Samsung watch but although the items claimed to be able to do that, for my watch they did not. Communications with the team went well and they tried to find an alternative which did the job. This failed too, and when told, they were happy that I would return them and get a refund. It's these negative experiences that really tell how good an organisation is, and my experience tells me they are very good. Deal with them in confidence.

my order was missing half the items, and the one that was delivered was faulty. the customer service team were helpful however, with sending me a replacement and then refunding me when the replacement was also missing the same things.

Have purchased a strap and ear pads off Equipo and very impressed by the service. Highly recommend.
Decided to get a nylon strap. (The silicone ones leave marks on my skin). It sits well and feels comfortable. The only suggestion I have is for the second keeper, for the strap, not be fixed to allow the excess strap to be secured for different wrist sizes.
Quick service from Equipo, but let own by the courier delivering to the wrong house and taking over 24 hours to go back to the wrong house and deliver to the correct house where I live.

I bought the sennheiser headphone pad replacements and found out how hard they are to put on. After much mucking about and stress I put them in the oven at 50deg celcius and the pads snapped on straight away - such a relief

I bought a replacement watch strap from equippo last year.
In that time the 'quick release' clasp randomly released during use at least three times, very lucky I saw it had fallen off, and then I took it kayaking and the buckle fell off!. Totally unreliable junk. Will not buy off them again.

I payed for replacement ear pads five days ago, been eagerly waiting for my parcel only to find out the delivery service hasn’t received the package to send. Long story short I have wasted a day talking to myself in a support chat trying to get what I payed for to cross the border. Thanks for your helpful input Becky
I ordered some watch keepers from them, and there was a slight but important difference between the image and the product I received. They understood my dissatisfaction, and were going to refund me, but later found the correct product and started sending that to me instead (as I had originally requested) — but by then I had already ordered from a different vendor. They understood this too and just processed the refund. Of course it would have been better if the image had been correct in the first place, but I want to give credit where it's due. Their staff were very responsive, had great communication and clearly cared about coming to a resolution.

Received the strap for my fitbit today which is great serive as was only ordered yesterday - but I had ordered the vintage gold and very disappointed to find that while the actual strap is vintage gold, the side pieces that join to the watch are bright yellow gold!! Looks very wrong and doesn't match strap at all. If it had been made clear on website I would have just ordered the brighter gold colour.

Ordered Sunday evening and was delivered and fitted by Tuesday afternoon. Slightly different feel to the original but I prefer it. It feels a little more substantial. I will definitely think of these guys if I need similar in the future.
